The App is developed and published by Spirit for Consultancy Services and is intended exclusively for authorized users within the Arab Republic of Egypt. It is used for internal operational purposes, including shipment confirmation.

Account Information

• Mobile phone number – Retrieved from the backend system via the customer’s web service and may be edited by the user within the App.
• Email address – Retrieved from the backend system via the customer’s web service and may be edited by the user within the App.

Device Information

• Device identifier – Used for security, device identification, and validation with the customer’s web service.

Media

• Photos – Captured using the device camera or selected from the gallery to confirm receipt of shipments.

3. How We Use the Information

The collected information is used only to:

• Authenticate and identify users
• Display and update user account information
• Synchronize user data with the customer’s backend system
• Confirm shipment receipt through uploaded photos
• Ensure secure and authorized access to the App

4. Data Storage and Transmission

• All data is transmitted securely to a web service hosted on the customer’s server, which communicates with the SAP system to read and write data.
• Data is processed and stored in accordance with applicable Egyptian data protection regulations.
• Updates made by users to their email address or mobile number are synchronized with the customer’s backend system via the web service.

5. Data Sharing

User data is not shared with third parties.

The App does not:

• Use advertising services
• Use analytics or tracking tools
• Sell or monetize user data

6. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Camera – To capture photos for shipment confirmation
• Photo Gallery / Media Access – To upload existing photos
• Internet / Network Access – To communicate with the customer’s web service

Permissions are requested only when required for core functionality.

7. Data Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect user data during transmission and processing.

8. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and no personal data is knowingly collected from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
